A lobster trap or pot is an effective way for fishermen to catch many lobsters at once when lobster fishing. The trap usually consists of a wooden frame surrounded by a rope mesh. A piece of bait, often fish, is placed inside the trap. Our authentic lobster traps are from Canada and Maine. They have been fully cleaned and disinfected after years of use in the cold northern waters. Now retired from service, they look great as a centerpiece for your seafood buffet or accent for any nautical motif.
